defines scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. If anything conflicts,
the signed agreement wins.

4. ― Intellectual Property

All work remains Rootsquare's property until full payment is received. Once paid, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you. We retain ownership of our frameworks, processes, and working methods regardless.

5. ― Your Responsibilities

To keep things moving, you agree to provide accurate information, give timely feedback, maintain a clear point of contact, and avoid conflicting inputs. Delays on your end may affect timelines.

6. ― Payments

Payment terms are set in your agreement or invoice — either milestone-based
or fixed-fee. Delayed payments may pause active work. Final deliverables are released only after full payment.

7. ― Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and do not share or misuse

8. ― Third-Party Tools & Limits

We use trusted third-party tools for design, communication, and operations. We are not responsible for their downtime or external platform issues, and we don't guarantee specific business outcomes like revenue or conversion rates.

9. ― Termination & Governing Law

We may suspend or end services if these terms are violated, payments are overdue, or communication breaks down. These Terms are governed by the laws of India (New Delhi jurisdiction) and may be updated occasionally.
